When App does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect any personal information, names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, contact lists, photos, messages, payment details, or device identifiers.

All data created inside When App is stored only on your device. This includes your events, reminders, notes, settings, and preferences. This information never leaves your device unless you manually choose to export or share it.

When App does not upload your information to any server. We do not operate cloud storage or cloud syncing databases for your personal data. Your information remains entirely under your control.

When App is designed to work completely offline. An active cellular data or internet connection is not required for normal application operations.

We do not sell, rent, or share any of your information with advertisers, marketing companies, analytics platforms, or other third parties.

When App only requests system permissions that are necessary for its core features (such as camera for OCR scans or notification alerts). Any granted permission is used solely on your device and is never used to transmit data to remote servers.

Since your data stays on your own device, you remain in complete control of your information security. We strongly recommend protecting your device using standard security measures like screen locks, fingerprints, face unlocks, and device storage encryption.

When App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal information is ever collected or transmitted, the application presents minimal privacy risk to children.

You have complete control over your data. You may edit your information, delete records, or uninstall the application at any time. Removing the app will permanently erase all locally stored timeline database files unless you have manually generated your own backup file.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
