When is an offline-first personal timeline and reminder application designed to help users organize important dates, reminders, warranties, subscriptions, documents, and other personal events. The app is intended for personal use only.
You may use When if you comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you should use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
When is designed to operate primarily offline. No account is required, and your information remains on your device. We do not store your personal data on our servers. You are responsible for managing and protecting your own data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, keeping your reminders and information accurate, creating backups if desired, and protecting your device from unauthorized access. Deleting the app or resetting your device may permanently remove locally stored data.
When may provide reminder notifications based on the dates and schedules you create. You are responsible for ensuring that notification permissions remain enabled if you wish to receive reminders. We cannot guarantee reminder delivery if notifications are disabled, restricted by the operating system, or affected by device settings.
All rights, title, and interest in the When application, including its design, branding, software, graphics, logos, and content, are owned by When.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute the application without written permission, or use our branding without authorization.
You agree not to use the application for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with or damage the application, misrepresent ownership of the application, or violate applicable laws while using the app.
When may integrate with operating system features such as local notifications, camera, file picker, and device storage. These features are provided by your device or operating system and are subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
When is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered, data will never be lost due to device failure, or the application will always operate without interruption or errors. Users should maintain appropriate backups for important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, When shall not be liable for loss of locally stored information, missed reminders, missed renewals, expired warranties, financial losses, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the application properly.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will become effective upon publication with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using When at any time by uninstalling the application. Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app may permanently remove your stored information unless you have created your own backup file.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
